Treasury Tuesday: A Rare October Snowfall

I've never lived in a place that gets snow in October, rare or otherwise. I hear the Northeast is having an unexpectedly chilly Halloween. Here's to bonfires, trick-or-treating, and arming my hands on my coffee mug.
