For Every Girl, A Garter

Can I just say, sometimes my kid has really great taste.  She's the one who selected this Vera Wang number for today's post.
Felicity ballgown from the 2011 Spring Collection
"Strapless tulle and tissue organza ballgown with floating petal rosette embroidery on bodice and softly tucked skirt. "
Sign me up! Is there a ball I can wear this too? I'll crash one of I have to because I would love to wear this dress!

But with which garter?

One featuring floating petals of its own?

Something that echoes and complements the shadowy shades of the dress?
Or perhaps a single blossom fashioned after one of the roses on the bodice and accented with tulle?
Let me know in the comments what you'd prefer and why.

Before the holidays you chose this garter and dress combo.

Looks like I'm favoring the Divine garter lately.  Hmmm, maybe that's a sign I should design more in that vein...

The bodice on that gown is wow wow WOW!! Tough choice between 1 & 3. #3 is such a pretty colour. But I pick #1 because I love that both the garter and the gown seem to have a lot of tulle.

#1 for me...and I LOVE that dress! Both the garter and the dress are layers and layers of romantic femininity...
