Inspiration Found: Doodles

Last week I issued my first "Find Inspiration In..." challenge with "Doodles" as the subject. In particular, this doodle by delirium:

I decided to go with a pretty literal interpretation of doodling by hand embroidering a piece of pink stretch satin. Want to see?

I have a plan for this pretty pink strip and hoped to have a finished masterpiece to show you today. However, embroidery takes a really. long. time. That, and I...um...well, fell down the stairs and have been moving a bit slow as a result. But I promise to show you something doodle-based and fabulous in the next few days.
